We’ve have had Sep Tek out every 3 years to clean out our septic tank but a few days ago we were panicked and thought we had a serious and expensive problem with our septic or leach field. We called late at night and left a message and they arrived early the next morning. They quickly assured me whatever it was they would take care of it. It ended up being a serious clog in the septic and they kept me informed every step of the way. They had to do some digging and as gross as it is they let me see inside to see where the problem was. Afterwards they cleaned up and they covered up the hole well. They were fast, efficient, very friendly and gave me more advice to stop this from happening again.
